In line with the new data protection policy that comes into effect today, here is a message to let you know how your data is stored.

Your contact forms are locked in a secure file box that only i have access to. I would only share this data in the event of an emergency veterinary visit.

Telephone numbers are stored in my phone with only your first name, pet(s) name and a photo of your pet. My phone is password protected and only I have access.

Any photographs/videos that are shared to social media are done so with your express permission.

No data is saved on a laptop. All invoices are kept of a flash drive, stored securely with your contact forms.

We do not use any marketing companies and only use your data for our business use.

You have the right to ask us to destroy any of your data I hold on you which I will do so within 24hrs of your request.
